Free In Home Consultation
At your convenience, one of our trained designers will schedule an appointment to meet you at your home. Detailed measurements of your space will be made, and an inventory of contents and personal sizes are recorded. Then a conversation will follow where the designer will listen to your ideas, wants, and desires, discuss materials, styles, and accessory options. Pictures and samples will be used to develop the plan. Don’t worry if you are not sure what you want. Our designers will walk you through the process, presenting innovative ideas while using their expertise to turn your space into the perfect organized closet. This consultation usually takes less than 1 hour.
Design
Once all the information is gathered our designer will draw a formal, detailed plan of your space. Most plans show where items are located, and include a comparison of pre design and post design capacities. Descriptions will highlight materials, accessories, and any featured options or special instructions. Pricing for all options will be clearly stated. Nothing will be left to the imagination. Plans are then mailed, faxed, or e-mailed within 48 hours of the consultation.
Review
After you receive your design proposal, you are welcome to a visit and consultation in one of our showrooms, clarifying any questions you may have. Full, life size displays are used to show exactly what your space will look and feel like. Changes may be made to the plans as necessary.
Manufacture
Upon acceptance of the design/proposal an installation date is recorded (lead time usually 2-3 weeks) and your project is scheduled for production. Since we manufacture our own systems most of your project will be produced during the few days prior to installation. Any outside materials or accessories not in stock will be ordered with plenty of lead time to meet the agreed upon installation date.
Installation
Our installers are experienced and fully insured employees, not subcontractors. They will arrive on time at their pre-scheduled appointment. You will need to remove only your personal contents. Any existing shelving and rods will be removed by our installers, holes patched, and your new system installed. Remember, our installation is free and included as part of your proposal. While it may seem confusing due to the number of pieces, order will come quickly. Most jobs are completed in less than one day. Once installed, our men will remove their equipment, vacuum and clean up inside and out, leaving your space ready to use. Respect for your home, privacy, and property is always our highest priority.
